How to make Payment? The preferred method of payment at this time is PayPal.But, other methods like cash may also be available.
What is the cancellation Policy? 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in-date.
What are the Reservation Requirements- Reservations are not considered "guaranteed" until a signed rental lease agreement and payment of 50-100% of the total rental fee including tax, plus 100 % of processing fees, insurance, damage waivers, and cleaning fees, or any additional items, are received.
How do you check in? That day of your arrival the owner will contact and provide the combination for the key box.
How many Truck and boat combos fit? BASSMANS LODGING mobile home can accommodate two truck and boat combos, The CASITA has room for 5 Rigs.

What happens if something breaks or there is a problem? You’ll will have the owner’s cell phone number for any home emergency, and if you lock yourself out the property manager lives in the area and can arrive in less than 15 minutes.
What is the Refundable Damage deposit? It is a deposit and is refunded, unless rental agreement policies are violated or if any damages are found.
Will my damage deposit be refunded? If no damages are found we will fully refund your Damage deposit within 3 to 5 business days.
Are there any additional perks? Yes, you will have a piece off mind knowing are your belongings to include your boat are secured. You will also have access to a private boat ramp for the convenience of launching your boat.
Where is the boat ramp located? The boat ramp is locate two city blocks away.
How many keys will be issued? Only one set of keys will be issued this consist of the front door and private boat ramp keys.
